This full-body workout engages every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The rapid movements in cardio kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes.
All classes are 1 hour in length, $10 drop in.
Price includes use of locker room, showers and steam room post class. Sorry, no pool or hot tub access.
A limited number of mats and props provided.
No experience necessary.
