Join Anice from Hot Yoga Taos for an early morning warm up. This 60 minute Hatha class starts with Pranayama Deep Breathing. We will hold each posture for up to 60 seconds working on alignment, strength, and flexibility.
All classes are 1 hour in length, $10 drop in.
Price includes use of locker room, showers and steam room post class. Sorry, no pool or hot tub access.
A limited number of mats and props provided.
No experience necessary.
